The park features uniquely designed villas handcrafted from New Zealand grown timber with king-sized beds and sofa beds. The three-bedroom apartment includes a master bedroom with king-size bed, a second bedroom with king-size bed overlooking a small garden, and a third bedroom with bunk beds, making Top 10 suitable for families and groups of various sizes.

Guests can enjoy wood-fired pizzas at Hotspot Pizza & Brews, which also houses a Good George Bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We had a lovely three-night stay in a Deluxe Villa that was spacious, clean, and had its own outdoor patio and parking. The location was absolutely fantastic, with easy access to Hot Water Beach via a scenic trail. However, the bed situation was not ideal for us since we expected a larger bed, and the pull-out couch was uncomfortable. Overall, it was definitely a great experience, and I would happily come back again!

Our family had a wonderful time at the park. It was spacious and clean, with a lovely swimming pool that the kids adored. The Hot Water Beach was a short walk away, which was great, but the walk could be challenging with little ones and all our supplies. While the dining options were decent for meals, snack selections for those with dietary restrictions were quite limited. Overall, it was a joyful camping experience with lots to do.

The location is simply perfect for exploring Hot Water Beach; it was such a pleasure walking through the nature trails to get there. I had a wonderful experience at Top 10 Hot Water Beach. The ensuite cabin we stayed in was just perfect for our needs, featuring great shower pressure and essential cooking facilities. The only downside was a strong sewerage smell that lingered at dinner time. Overall, fantastic value for comfort but be mindful of mobility issues due to the villa entry steps.
